General Reading for the Collective Dec 17th

Good morning!

Well, let me start by saying, no one wants to see the Ten of Swords, there is a chance an event may create a less than pleasurable experience. How the Ten of Swords manifests and how painful the event is, however, is up to the individual. The good news is that because of what happens and how you react to it, you will discover within you a strength that you may not have known existed.

The Crow Tarot brings to us an awareness that the energy of the Ten of Swords is present. I know you may feel a desire to hide under the covers, I am right there with you! All this means is the energy is allowing here is a higher opportunity to experience betrayal. For example, if you are concerned your partner is cheating on you, and you needle them and needle them about it—creating an atmosphere of distrust, at this time, the energy is right to bring that fear into existence. If your focus is on a catty co-worker you believe is determined to get you fired instead of doing a good job, the Ten of Swords may give your catty co-worker an upper-hand. It all comes down to where you direct your focus. Is it being of value at your job? Or, on all the ways that someone else is trying to undermine you? If your awareness is that an event may be less than fortuitous and there is someone out there waiting for an opportunity to cut you down, being prepared and staying focused on your goal will help you rebound quickly. You will be the one in control of how the energy of the Ten of Swords effects you, and the result will be less debilitating.

The Wise Dog brings a time of feeling empowered and at peace with the world around you. The events that unfolded as a result of the Ten of Swords set into motion opportunities for healing as you gain strength and grace as a result of your experience. You will once again stand tall and firm, knowing that you are in control of your life, that you have all the resources you need to create a brighter existence. The Nine of Pentacles will create a space that promotes peace of mind as you have learned how to master your wild thoughts. You will have learned how to temper that fear that comes from feeling as though life is a competition as you move into the expansive role as a creator. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, you too will grow stronger and far more in tune with the powers of the universe!

The Grimalkin Tarot brings to your focus the energy of the Ace of Cups. When you step into the energy of the Ace of Cups, you step into grace. It is here that you connect with the powers of the divine, of source energy. The world looks a bit more radiant, the flowers smell richer, the air is softer, and you begin to see yourself not as being separate or closed off from nature but as part of something grander, a force that is more powerful than any single event.

Peace!

MJ
