Physical Decks
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your deck. Because decks ship without plastic wrap, a returned deck is considered "used." A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.To initiate a return, email mj@mjcullinane.com with your order number and reason for return.
Digital Products
No returns on digital products. Digital files are delivered automatically at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please me mj@mjcullinane.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
Counterfeit Notice
Authentic MJ Cullinane mass-produced decks (Crow Tarot/Wise Dog/ Guardian of the Night come in a two-piece box and include a printed guidebook. My indie decks (the decks on this site) ship in a hand-printed bag with a printed guidebook. If your deck did not arrive this way, it may be a counterfeit sold by an unauthorized third party. MJ Cullinane, LLC is not responsible for counterfeit products. If you believe you've received a counterfeit, please contact me at mj@mjcullinane.com.
